"Can NOT say enough positive things about having the opportunity to work with Holly and her team. She is professional and worked tirelessly to make sure our goals were met even in an incredibly difficult real estate market. She consistently went above and beyond what we even asked for and has been helpful as we settle into a new community and continues to be a friend well after we closed on a home. Thank you Holly! "

"Holly recently helped us purchase our forever home in Edina, and she was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She set up an initial meeting with us to not only learn what features we were looking for in a forever home but also to learn about us as people too, to help her identify the properties and locations that would be perfect for us and our future. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the area and took us on a tour of multiple properties and build sites, and she advised us in detail about the advantages and disadvantages of each one so that we could make an informed decision. When we found The One and decided to make an offer, Holly designed a fantastic bidding strategy that enabled our offer to stand out and win the house in a highly competitive multiple-offer situation. Holly is incredibly friendly, professional, and responsive, and we had a fantastic experience working with her. We truly could not have found our forever home without her!"

Two of the homes were our primary residence (Brooklyn Park and Plymouth) and one a rental condo (St. Paul). Holly is nothing short of fantastic! With the first sale, she helped us navigate challenging buyers (and in all honesty, I'm not exactly an easy-going seller!) and managed to negotiate to buy our dream home; a relocation property with strict rules against going into contract with an existing home sale contingency. We didn't even have our home on the market to sell! But Holly got us our house! And helped us every step of the way as we coordinated to both sells and buy homes on the same day. (So stressful!) Fast forward 14 months, when our dream home ended up not being in the same city/state as my husband's dream job, we called Holly immediately. That house went into contract within a day on January 4th! Finally, when it finally came time to give up the rental we owned, it was a no-brainer to call Holly. Again, she didn't disappoint. It sold in a week for asking. Holly's professionalism, ability to negotiate and manage challenging situations (and personalities), as well as, industry expertise makes her an exceptional agent for both buying and selling a home. I look forward to the day when we relocate back to MN and I can call Holly to help us buy our next dream home!"

"From day one we knew that choosing Holly was an awesome choice. We encountered many issues including flood insurance, radon, price negotiations, etc purchasing our new home. Holly handled all of these like the pro she is! She had our interests as priority number one even when we didn't. She is very personable, but I was very glad she was on our side of the negotiating table. She was always timely and available to take our questions via phone or email. I have recommended her to my personal friends and family."
