As Principal of the Connaker Group and a Founding Executive REALTOR® with COMPASS Minnesota, I bring more than two decades of experience guiding clients through important real estate decisions with clarity, confidence, and care.

My primary areas of focus include Minneapolis and its surrounding west metro communities, including Eden Prairie, Edina, Excelsior, Maple Grove, Medina, Minnetonka, Orono, Plymouth and Wayzata. I also specialize in Minnesota’s premier second-home market in the Brainerd Lakes Area, where I assist clients with lakefront, lifestyle, and legacy property marketing or acquisitions.

As a Minnesota native with a global perspective, I combine deep local market knowledge with an understanding of how real estate connects people across regions and lifestyles. After earning my Business degree, I began my professional career in software and hardware technology and pharmaceutical sales. Those early years sharpened my skills in negotiation, complex problem solving, and delivering results in high-stakes environments. Today, I apply that same precision and professionalism to helping clients whether they are purchasing a first home, a luxury estate, a waterfront residence, an equestrian property, a second home, relocating to the area, or pursuing a custom new construction opportunity.

My practice is both relationship-driven and technology-forward. I leverage data analytics and artificial intelligence to identify meaningful market indicators, allowing my clients to make informed and confident decisions. This balance of personal connection and strategic insight ensures each relationship is handled with care, discretion, and thoughtful execution. Outside of real estate, I enjoy life with my husband, Dave, and our two sons. I am an accomplished equestrian competitor and lifelong lake enthusiast, spending time boating on Lake Minnetonka and at our vacation home on Gull Lake. Giving back to the community is important to me, and I remain actively involved with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and Interfaith Outreach Community Partners.
